Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Lead time may take up to 2 weeks (In periods of high demand this can get to 3-4 weeks)
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
USA: It usually takes 3-5 business days.
UK & Europe: It usually takes 3-7 business days.
Rest of The World: It usually takes 14 business days.
Please be aware that the shipping times may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing delays which is unfortunately not under our control.
After shipping your order, we will send you an email with the tracking number.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
